How To Save Money On Your Car Insurance
We could all do with a bit more cash in our pockets, making savings on the monthly bills can help with this. If this is the case you can increase your excess to the maximum amount allowed which can significantly lower your insurance costs. If your annual mileage is less than the national average be sure to mention it when asking for a quote. This will usually lower the cost. When you buy a new car or consider adding extras to a standard car bear in mind the insurance implications. A flash or a modified car is more expensive to insure because it is more attractive to thieves and more expensive to replace. You can ask the dealer what insurance class a car falls into before you buy. Another factor to mention when getting a quote is any extra security equipment that has been fitted. A car with an alarm and engine immobiliser will be cheaper to insure. Hopefully if you follow these straight forward tips you should be able to make a saving on your car insurance premiums and have a little more money lining your wallet!
